Subscription Plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us. This applies only to the first subscription payment — renewal charges are not eligible for this 7-day refund window.
Credit Packs
Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. If you purchased credits in error and have not used any of them, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Free Trial
The free trial does not require payment, so no refund is applicable.
Service Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using credits you've paid for (e.g., a failed diagram generation that still consumed a credit), please contact us. We will review the issue and may issue credit refunds (restoring credits to your account) or monetary refunds at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through the application with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Transaction or receipt ID (if available).
We aim to process refund requests within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and returned to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing disputes directly and promptly.
