1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name through our authentication provider (Clerk). We do not store passwords directly.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the Service, including diagram generation requests, the number of credits used, and feature usage patterns. This data helps us improve the Service.
Diagram Data
When you are not signed in, all diagram data is stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers (except the text prompt sent for AI generation). When signed in, project data is stored on our cloud servers for sync purposes.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Paddle may collect billing information as described in their privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information

- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Track credit usage and enforce plan limits.
- Send important service-related notifications.
- Respond to support requests.
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. AI Processing
When you generate a diagram, your text prompt is sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) for processing. These providers process the prompt to generate diagram data. We recommend not including sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in your prompts.
4. Data Storage and Security
Cloud project data is stored on secure servers using Neon PostgreSQL. User-uploaded files are stored in Amazon S3. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.
Local-only data (when not signed in) is stored in your browser's localStorage and is not transmitted to our servers.
